One of the great joys of hospitality is that it really is a people business.

We’re a group of individuals, but work together as a team looking after and serving local people and visitors, week in week out.

We’re lucky to work in one of the greatest cities on Earth, and the Roots & Berries team reflects the vibrant diversity of London in every way.

Each of our cafés is unique, but they all have a friendly and hardworking team committed to looking after our customers and being a positive influence in their local neighbourhoods.
